| CM "Twinkle Toes" (Creative Movement) = ages 2 - 3 |
| PRE I "Bumblebees" (Ballet/Tap) = ages 3 - 4 |
| PRE II "Butterflies" (Ballet/Tap) = ages 4 - 5 |
| PRE III "Ladybugs" (Ballet/Tap) = ages 5 - 6.5 |
| PRE III "Jitterbugs" (Ballet/Jazz) = ages 5 - 6.5 |

| NOTES: |
- TUITION: based on 10 mos. season & DUE 1st of each MONTH
(after the 7th, a $15 late fee will apply
|
- REGISTRATION: Non-refundable $35/ 1st dancer & $20 each additional dancer
|
- $15 Trial Class: Then applied to same-day registration & enrollment
|
- Multiple Class Discounts: $20 off base tuition on 2nd class;
$30 off base tuition on 3rd classes+
|
- A $30 FEE will be charged for returned checks.
|
- Discounts for pre-paid tuition... 5% for semester (5 months),
10% for year (10 months)

| - Siblings will receive an additional $5 off each class. |
